Before meeting, I offer a free 15-20 minutes phone consultation where we can get to know one another, discuss what you are looking for, and talk about how I may help.
I offer individual and family psychotherapy for adolescents (16 years and older) and adults with eating, anxiety, mood, personality disorders and relational difficulties. These are my specialty areas, but I also have experience working with clients who may be struggling with identity issues, sexuality, and life transitions among other problems.
In addition to psychotherapy services, I offer supervision and consultation for clinicians and therapists-in-training. Consultation refers to a shorter-term relationship (1-3 meetings), whereas supervision is an ongoing collaboration with regular meetings to discuss clinical work and treatment approaches/techniques.
Currently, I maintain a private practice location in North Denver in the Lower Highlands neighborhood, where I see patients on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. My office is in a restored green Victorian house located at 2247 Federal Blvd, Denver, Colorado, 80211 (cross street is 23rd, with parking in the back of the building).
At this time, I am not a member of any insurance panels but I do help clients apply for out of network reimbursement. As of 9/1/18 my fee structure is as follows:
For a 75 mins one-time intake appointment or consultation session - $250.
For a 50 mins session - $200.
For clients I see more than 1x/wk, I reduce my session fee to $180.
Longer sessions for individuals, couples, and families can be prorated accordingly. I maintain a few openings for individuals who need reduced fee sessions or supervision.
